Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

There are currently 2 types of products in my store: products managed by my supplier, such as the products in the "Cute Dark" collection, and those managed by me.

The products that my supplier manages are produced on demand, that is, when you place your order, my supplier is notified to start creating that product just for you. This usually takes between 2 and 5 days, although depending on the product it may take a little longer due to the production of the product (as in the case of the notebooks). Once created, it will be sent directly to the address you have indicated. This shipment may take another 3 to 5 days within Spain, up to 12 days to the rest of Europe, most Latin American countries, and some North American countries, and up to 20 days to other countries.
For clarity, you will see an estimated delivery date in your shopping cart, which takes into account production and shipping times, so it is quite reliable.
In any case do not worry because at all times you will be notified of the status of your order and where it is 🙂

The products that I manage are more humble things, such as the fanzines that I make myself, sheets, stickers... and in this case, both to produce these products and to send them, I take care of them myself.

These shipments are sent to Spain through Correos, but I can send some items to other parts of the world!

If you are a resident in Spain (Peninsula), you will receive your order within 4 - 7 working days after placing the order. If you are from anywhere else, your order will take a few more days to arrive. In any case, you will be informed by email about the status of your order.

What about shipping costs?

As you can see in the shopping cart, shipping costs vary depending on the product. The reason is simple: shipping companies charge a price depending on the weight and volume of the package sent. That's why a t-shirt has a lower shipping cost than a mug.
To avoid charging everyone the same shipping price, which would mean that those who buy something light would have to pay more for a shipping that in reality would be less expensive, I have decided to add a shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart. This way, the price that the shipping company charges me is exactly what I will indicate in the cart.

It is possible that, if you choose a product managed by me and another one managed by my supplier, you will see two shipping costs added together. This is because there will be two independent shipments: one will be made by my supplier from the United States or Latvia (depending on the product chosen), and the other will be made by myself from Spain.

I understand that this can be a problem, but for now there is no solution for this issue since they are two shipments that have nothing to do with each other. What I can assure you is that at all times the shipping costs are the minimum that can be applied so that this does not pose a problem when making the purchase.

Shipments without tracking vs. shipments with tracking

I have recently included the option of"untracked shipping" to make it even more economical to ship the product. This shipping, which is much more economical, means that you will not be provided with a tracking number of the package, so you will not be able to see what is the status of the shipment, or where it is. It is a totally safe shipment, it has never given problems, and the products always arrive at their destination, but in case of any problem, it will be very complicated to check what has happened to the package.

Tracked shipping, however, being more expensive, gives you the security of being able to control where the package is going. To do this you will have to access the Correos website and enter the tracking number provided. You will immediately be able to see the status of the package. This, in addition to giving you information, is very useful in case of incidents with the shipment, since you can contact Correos and provide your tracking number so they can explain what has happened.


NOTICE ON UNTRACKED ORDERS

Since we are providing an option with tracking and another without it, in case of choosing the shipping without tracking, you must understand that at the moment in which the purchase changes its status to "Completed", which means that the package has been delivered at the post office, I will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur on the part of the post office company. In case of problems with the shipment, you should contact Correos directly so that they can give you a solution, either by going to a post office or calling by phone. You can also make a complaint through their website. RETURNS

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your product for any reason. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
To return your order, please write to me at hola@antiadiaz.com indicating as subject "Return of order [enter your order number here]". After receiving your email I will reply to let you know that I am processing the return, and as soon as possible, I will write you again with the steps to follow to complete the process.
